The timeless objections we face as commercial real estate agents are, “Well my daughter, my management company and my doctor are all licensed agents, why should we use you?”. All jokes aside, I hear this on the phone at least once a week and I simply respond by saying, “we provide a completely different service.” While I can write an extensive list as to how we distinguish ourselves from our competitors, I’ll try to keep it concise and limit it to four main points.  Below are key points that have allowed us to become successful and that  you can expect from us (Kingside Investment Group) once you have hired us as your commercial real estate agent.
